Introduction:
OLKLIN-CIC-2000 is a nitrites base cooling water treatment provides superior corrosion inhibitor to multi metal system, operating at high or law temperature. The product is recommended for internal combustion engines, water heating system, chilled water circuit and other closed system, containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Application of OLKLIN-CIC-2000 in engine – jacket cooling waters precludes the necessity for pre-softening or demineralising this water. Prevent deposits, scale, and sludge and resultant losses in heat transfer of mechanical efficiency caused by high-mineral water. It does not affect non-metal components.

OLKLIN-CIC-2000 saves electricity, ensures lower cooling time, increases production, reduces production cost, and increases cooling capacity of condensers & other equipments. It maintains head pressure for optimum cooling, provides excellent protection to steel, copper, brass, aluminium etc and increases life of equipments.
Usage method:
OLKLIN-CIC-2000 may be added directly, as received, to the engine –cooling system. For chilled and hot-water systems, OLKLIN-CIC-2000 may be added directly to close circulating water from the drum, with a by pass feeder or any convenient means. General idea of dose is approx 4000ppm to maintain nitrite level of 700-900ppm on initial stage and then 2kg per 1kl of make-up water.
Safety and handling:
OLKLIN-CIC-2000 is almost non-hazardous. Keep the container closed when not in use. The product should not be swallowed and prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Should it come in contact with the eyes, flush with clean & cold water and get medical attention.
